ASM, ByteKit and Arthas demo

Requirements: JDK 8+ and Maven 3.6+.

Build once:

mvn clean package

Run the same application in three modes:

./run.sh baseline
./run.sh asm
./run.sh bytekit

For Arthas, keep the demo application running:

./run.sh app

In another terminal, download and start Arthas 4.3.2:

curl -O https://arthas.aliyun.com/arthas-boot.jar
java -jar arthas-boot.jar --use-version 4.3.2

Select com.nicksxs.bytecode.demo.app.DemoApplication, then execute the commands in
arthas-commands.txt one at a time. Commands such as watch and trace wait for the
next matching method invocations, so the application must remain running.
